| I felt that I should simply write to commend you on your exemplary service. I have been picked/dropped off for my Emirates flights three times in the last 12 months and you'll be picking me up again on Tuesday. My trip back from the airport on Sunday with Tony was relaxing and enjoyable, it was lovely after a hard week away knowing that everything would be okay on my arrival at Birmingham.
I would simply say that to date I have found all of your drivers to be courteous, all have excellent communication skills and are good company. |
