| I am writing to express my gratitude to Tom Robson who recently chauffeured me to and from Tadcaster to Newcastle Airport re a trip to Dubai.
It is difficult to imagine how Tom could have offered a better service. To capture the key elements of his exemplary service, I offer below a number of bullet points:
1) Punctuality – Tom was waiting for me on both occasions.
2) Feel Good – I was greeted with a cheery smile and first rate opening chat – Tom put me at my ease immediately.
3) Car and Driving – the car was immaculate, as was Tom’s driving. He is clearly a professional.
4) Customer Care – Tom did everything possible to make the trip easy and pleasurable – he helped with the bags, pointed out where to be picked up, etc.
5) Enthusiasm – Tom clearly showed he loves his job and engaged in interesting banter on both trips – this made the trips ‘fly by’.
6) The Extra Mile – on my return trip, Tom gave me a newspaper cutting that he thought I would be interested in given our conversation on the outward trip. He was correct in his judgement and I will keep the cutting. This shows Tom is really thinking about his clients.
In summary, Tom is a natural and he could not have offered a better service. He is a superb ambassador for PCS and I am now a convert singing the praises of the service to all and sundry.
I would be grateful if this email is passed on to Tom, though I am sure I will be using his services again in the near future.
