To ensure that all vehicles are running to maximum efficiency and supreme performance at all times, PCS have employed Trevor Jones, a Mercedes Benz System Technician.
With twenty years of experience from working at a Mercedes Benz dealership, Trevor is a valuable asset and PCS are delighted to welcome him to the team.
Trevor is the first technician to be employed by PCS, where he will be responsible for maintenance of the growing number of luxury cars in the fleet. Although all key servicing will still be undertaken by main dealerships, Trevor will oversee general maintenance and keep all vehicles operating to maximum performance.
PCS have also purchased the Mercedes Star Diagnostic System and using this specialist equipment, Trevor will provide an electronic diagnosis for all cars using the continuously updated software directly from Mercedes Benz. This regular examination of the vehicles will make sure that each car is running to the highest level. As well as spotting any faults in the cars, the regular maintenance will guarantee that each vehicle is running as environmentally friendly as possible. This is part of the PCS environmental policy and will ensure that each journey made is as green as it can be.
Trevor will be based in the Liverpool office and will also have a dedicated Mercedes Vito Van equipped with mobile maintenance in order to respond to any vehicle that needs his attention.
